What is The Virus?

The Virus is a hybrid blog — part real-world commentary, part gateway into the fictional world of Vicendum, a fractured mirror of our own.

Created by Toronto-based writer and artist Daniel Arnold, it serves as both a journal of reflections on society, culture, and power and a broadcast station for an alternate Earth where empire, surveillance, and resistance collide.

The Vicendum Project is an evolving universe of stories, dispatches, and philosophies. Some posts are canon to that world. Others blur into ours.

Special note: Posts marked as "Archives" are no longer "canon" stories within The Virus series and in the Vicendum universe as a whole. They remain here for interest purposes only.
